Directions

  • Oxyshred Ultra Concentration: Mix 1 scoop with 10 ounces (295 ml) of chilled water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. On non-training days, take a second scoop mid-afternoon. Avoid eating or consuming a protein shake within 20 minutes after consumption.
  • PRIDE Pre-Workout: On training days, mix 1 Scoop with 6oz (180ml) of cold water, or 2 scoops with 12oz (350ml) of cold water, and consume immediately, 20-30 minutes before your workout. DO NOT exceed 2 scoops per day.
  • Beyond BCAA+EAA Intra Workout: Take one scoop (or two scoops for extra benefits) with water during your workout to support endurance, recovery, and focus.
  • OxyWhey Lean Protein: Add 1 scoop of OxyWhey to 8 oz (240ml) of ice cold water or almond milk in a shaker bottle. Take it post workout to support recovery, or at anytime of the day to ensure you hit your protein requirements.
  • CREA-8 Creatine Monohydrate: Consume 3 grams (1 scoop) of CREA-8 with 8 Ounces (240 ml) of water. It is ideal to mix this with your post-workout OxyWhey Lean Protein shake.
