Shipping & Fulfilment Terms

Due to the high volume of orders during the BFCM Sale period, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched. While most orders are shipped earlier, this extended timeframe ensures transparency during peak periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates
EHPlabs offers flat-rate or free domestic shipping depending on your region:

• United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £70 GBP.

 

Shipping Costs and Fees

In order to provide our customers with a reliable and efficient shipping experience, EHPlabs offers shipping services to various countries with varying fees based on your location.

Shipping in the UK

For all orders placed within the United Kingdom, we offer Standard Shipping FREE of charge for orders that exceed £70. Orders that are below £70 will have a delivery fee starting from £6.95.

EHPlabs is committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all orders. All orders are scheduled to be dispatched within two business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping in Jersey 

Although Jersey is the UK's closest international partner, it is technically not part of the UK & therefore does not qualify for the domestic shipping rules for the United Kingdom. Accurate shipping rates will be applied at checkout for orders being sent to Jersey.

Shipping in Europe

A Standard Shipping Service is available for international shipments throughout Europe.

For orders placed in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, a Standard Shipping service is available, with pricing varying based on your location. Shipping to these countries will start from £9.95. 

For other European countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey, the Standard Shipping fee starts from £19.95.

nb. The shipping fee does not include import duties or taxes that are levied by the government of the recipient country. These fees are billed directly to the receiver of the shipment. 

Dispatch Times

EHPlabs is committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all orders. All orders are scheduled to be dispatched within two business days (Monday-Friday). However, dispatch delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as natural disasters or pandemics, seasonal demand and peak sale periods, or customer order errors. If you have not received a notification of your order being shipped within two business days and have not received an update from our support team, please contact us through our live chat or via email.

Pre-Orders

In cases where pre-order products are involved, we will begin dispatch the order on the date specified in the product description. Depending on the volume of pre-orders received, it may be a small additional delay while our warehouse works through the orders. 

Any orders that contain a pre-order item will be held until the pre-ordered item is received and ready to be sent. If you are placing an order that contains a pre-order item & other in stock items, we recommend placing seperate orders. 

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Customers should note that when placing international orders, they may be subject to extra import duties and custom fees outside the shipping fee charged on our website. Any fees & charges associated entirely depend on the country you reside in and may vary across nations.

These fees and charges are levied by the government of the recipient country and are not charged by EHPlabs. We accept no responsibility for these charges, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties & fees that they are liable for. Failure to pay these fees may result in your order being returned to EHPlabs, and the cost of the return may be reimbursed to EHPlabs from any refund that you may receive.
