Directions

Pride Pre-Workout: On training days, mix 1 scoop with 180 ml (6 ounces) of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day. We recommend starting with half a scoop to assess your tolerance.
OxyShred Ultra Concentration: On non-training days, mix 1 scoop with 295 ml (10 ounces) of chilled water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for all day energy support. Due to the high stimulant content in both products, we do not recommend consuming them at the same time.

FAQs

Can I take Pride and OxyShred on the same day?

Yes, but they should be consumed at different times. A common approach is to take Pride before your workout and OxyShred on your rest days. If you train in the afternoon, you could take OxyShred in the morning and Pride before your workout, but be mindful of your total daily caffeine intake. We strongly advise against taking them together. What is the main difference between OxyShred and Pride?

Pride is a dedicated pre-workout designed for intense performance, featuring ingredients that support energy, focus, and muscular endurance during your training session. OxyShred Ultra Concentration is formulated for all day energy, focus, and vitality support, making it great for daily use, fasted cardio, or as a milder pre-workout option. Why shouldn't I take both products at once?

Both Pride and OxyShred Ultra Concentration contain caffeine and other stimulants. Taking them together would result in a very high stimulant intake, which can lead to negative side effects like jitters, anxiety, or an excessive heart rate. Spacing them out allows you to get the benefits of both without overstimulation. Is this bundle suitable for someone new to pre-workouts?

Yes, however, caution is recommended. If you are new to stimulant based supplements, we advise starting with a half scoop of either product to assess your personal tolerance before building up to a full serving. Always follow the directions on the label.
