These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made during the EHPlabs Black Friday / Cyber Monday (“BFCM”) Sale. By participating in this event, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to our general website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final
All items purchased during the BFCM Sale are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

2. Limited Stock & Availability
All products and free gifts are available while supplies last. Items may sell out without notice, and placement of a product in your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout. EHPlabs reserves the right to remove items from your order if they become unavailable or substitute a free gift of similar value if stock runs out.

3. Order Limits
To ensure fair access for all customers, a maximum of 3 units per product per order applies. A total limit of 10 items per order, including bundles, is enforced. Orders exceeding these limits may be partially cancelled or adjusted at EHPlabs’ discretion.

4. Free Gift Policy
During the BFCM Sale, customers may qualify for up to 3 free gifts, depending on spend thresholds. Free gifts are automatically added based on your cart value — they cannot be manually selected or replaced. They are limited to one of each qualifying gift per order, even if the threshold is exceeded multiple times, and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. 

EHPlabs reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove a free gift if a technical or pricing error occurs, the customer’s order exceeds the intended gift quantity through any glitch or exploit, or the order does not meet the qualifying spend after discounts, gift cards, or promo codes are applied. If an exploit or system bug results in additional free gifts being added to an order, EHPlabs reserves the right to amend, partially fulfil, or cancel such orders without prior notice.

5. Technical Errors & Misuse
EHPlabs takes all reasonable steps to ensure the website operates correctly during the sale; however, in the event of a pricing error, cart malfunction, duplicate free gift issue, or coupon misuse, EHPlabs reserves the right to cancel or modify any affected orders. 

Attempts to manipulate or exploit the website (for example, by refreshing the checkout, using scripts, browser extensions, or manual code edits) will result in immediate order cancellation and possible account suspension. EHPlabs actively monitors transactions and reserves the right to investigate and void any suspicious activity.

6. Discount Application
Discounts apply only to products specifically marked as part of the BFCM Sale. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupon codes, or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated. 

Athlete & Influencer Codes

Only one code can be applied per order, so if you have multiple codes, please select your preferred EHPlabs ambassador. Using an athlete or influencer code does not affect eligibility for tiered free gifts — you will still receive free gifts based on your cart value.

7. Subscriptions & Gift Cards
Sale items and bundles are not available for subscription purchases or redemption via gift cards unless otherwise stated.

8. Product Expiry
All EHPlabs products display a Best Before date on the packaging. Any item with less than six months of shelf life will be clearly marked on the product page. All products are guaranteed to be safe for consumption within the recommended timeframe.

9. Order Verification
To protect against fraudulent activity, EHPlabs reserves the right to verify orders prior to dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if irregularities are detected (for example, mismatched billing or shipping details, multiple accounts, or payment verification issues).

10. Right to Amend or CancelEHPlabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sale at any time without notice. EHPlabs may also correct pricing or promotional errors even after an order has been submitted and cancel any order that breaches these Terms, including orders created through website errors, automation tools, or bad-faith actions.

Due to the high volume of orders during the BFCM Sale period, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched. While most orders are shipped earlier, this extended timeframe ensures transparency during peak periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates
EHPlabs offers flat-rate or free domestic shipping depending on your region:

Orders below these thresholds will incur a flat domestic shipping fee, displayed at checkout. This flat rate applies to most products; however, some bulky or heavy items such as OxyShred Energy RTD cases may incur an additional shipping charge due to weight and packaging requirements. International Shipping
International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and total order weight. The final shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.

All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance and demand during the BFCM period. EHPlabs is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier service.
