Product Availability

  • Only items listed in the Private Sale collection are eligible for discounts.
  • Stock is strictly limited and will not be restocked during the event.
  • Once an item sells out, it’s gone for good — checkout quickly to secure your favorites!

Order Limits

  • Maximum 3 units per product per order.
  • Maximum 10 units total per order (including bundles).
  • Free gifts are limited to 1 per qualifying threshold and are automatically applied.

Bundles

  • Select bundles are available at discounted prices.
  • Limit: 3 units per bundle per order.
  • Bundles count toward your total 10-product order cap.
  • Bundles are available for one-time purchase only (no subscriptions).

Free Gifts & Discount Codes

Tiered Free Gifts

  • Receive free gifts based on your order total.
  • Free gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only one free gift per qualifying threshold will be added automatically to your order.

Athlete & Influencer Codes

  • Enter a valid athlete or influencer code at checkout to receive a bonus free gift.
  • Codes do not apply additional discounts during the Private Sale, but you’ll still receive the bonus gift.
  • Only one code can be used per order — pick your favorite ambassador!

Shipping Information

  • Free shipping applies to UK domestic orders only (excludes Ready-To-Drink (RTD) products).
  • RTDs have separate shipping fees and are not eligible for free shipping.
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Product Expiry & Quality

  • All EHPlabs products include a Best Before date on the packaging.
  • Products with less than 6 months shelf life will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • All products sold will be safe to consume within the recommended timeframe.

Other Important Information

  • All sales are one-time only; subscriptions are not available for sale items.
  • EHPlabs reserves the right to modify or end the sale at any time without prior notice.
