This promotion is an instant win promotion. Winning Scratch & Win stickers have been pre-applied to selected cans of OxyShred Energy RTD before the start of the Promotion Period. One (1) winning sticker has been applied amongst the ten (10) promotional stickers available at each participating store.
Customers who purchase a can bearing a winning sticker during the Promotion Period and comply with these Terms & Conditions will be entitled to claim the corresponding prize. There is no prize draw, judging process or winner selection following purchase.
As this is a guaranteed gift with purchase and not a competition, there is no requirement for a free entry route under UK law. EHPLabs and Holland & Barrett have structured this promotion specifically to avoid the need for a prize draw or random selection.
The promotion runs from 00:00 on 17 July 2026 to 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”), or until all winning stickers have been successfully claimed, whichever is sooner.
Stickered cans are available while stocks last. Stickers are applied to cans prior to the start of the Promotion Period during athlete store visits in the week commencing 13 July 2026. Stickered cans may therefore be available for purchase from the date of the athlete visit, but prize claims will only be accepted for purchases made on or after 17 July 2026.
EHPLabs reserves the right to extend or curtail the Promotion Period at any time. Any change will be reflected at ehplabs.co.uk/pages/competition.

EHPLabs has applied 10 Scratch & Win promotional stickers to selected cans of OxyShred Energy RTD at each participating Holland & Barrett store. Per store, one (1) sticker is a winning sticker and the remaining nine (9) are non-winning stickers. A total of 10 winning stickers are available across all participating stores.

EHPLabs reserves the right to request the original receipt or additional verification at any time before fulfilling a prize.
Prize: One (1) OxyShred product bundle comprising the full range of OxyShred products available in Holland & Barrett at the time of claim.
Approximate retail value: Over £200 per prize bundle.
Total prizes available: 10, with one prize available per participating store. A maximum of one prize may be claimed per person.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitute will be offered, except at the sole discretion of EHPLabs in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, EHPLabs reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
Upon receiving a valid claim, EHPLabs will:
Winners must provide a valid UK delivery address. EHPLabs cannot fulfil prizes to addresses outside the United Kingdom. If a winner fails to respond to EHPLabs’ verification message within 14 days of it being sent, or if a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and EHPLabs reserves the right not to award a replacement prize.
EHPLabs may, at its discretion, publish winner details, limited to first name and store location, on its social media channels for promotional purposes. By submitting a claim, winners consent to this limited publication unless they notify EHPLabs otherwise at the time of claiming.
If a winning sticker is not scratched, or a winning sticker is scratched but no valid claim is received by EHPLabs within 28 days of the date of purchase, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and will be forfeited. EHPLabs is under no obligation to re-offer unclaimed prizes.
EHPLabs is the Data Controller for all personal data collected as part of this promotion. Personal data, including an Instagram handle, delivery name and address, and a photograph of proof of purchase, is collected solely for the purposes of prize claim verification and fulfilment.
